These Terms of Use describe the rules for using the Godly Friendships website and participating in services offered by Godly Friendships LLC, a Georgia-based business. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Separate terms may apply to third-party platforms or specific paid offerings.
Our purpose and audience
Godly Friendships offers Christ-centered content, connection, and community for adult women. Our website and community are intended for people aged 18 and older. Participation is voluntary, and not every activity or offering will be right for every person.
Community participation
Our community is hosted through Discord. Treat other participants with respect; do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, share another person’s private information without permission, or post unlawful or exploitative content. Respect confidences, but understand that we cannot guarantee that other members will keep shared information private. We may moderate or restrict participation when needed to protect the community, subject to applicable law. Discord’s own rules also apply when you use its service.
Faith-based content and personal decisions
Devotionals, prayer, conversations, business education, and other content are provided for general informational, educational, and spiritual encouragement purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, including business and financial decisions. No particular personal, spiritual, or business outcome is promised.
Paid subscriptions and offerings
Godly Friendships offers paid content through Substack. Before purchasing, review the price, billing interval, renewal terms, access details, and any offer-specific conditions shown at checkout. Substack and its payment providers process subscription payments under their applicable terms. To manage or cancel a Substack subscription, use your Substack account settings. Refund requests for a Godly Friendships paid Substack subscription may be sent to godlyfriendshipsllc@gmail.com; applicable Substack procedures, platform rules, and consumer rights also apply. Unless expressly stated in an offer, purchasing a Substack subscription does not purchase a separate course, coaching package, or other future program.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, text, images, and materials created by Godly Friendships are owned by Godly Friendships LLC or used with permission. You may access and share links for personal, noncommercial use. Please request permission before reproducing, selling, or redistributing substantial portions of our materials. You retain ownership of content you submit, while allowing us to display it as reasonably necessary to operate the community or service where you posted it.
Third-party links and availability
Our website may link to Discord, Substack, Pinterest, and other external services. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms. Website features and offerings may change or become unavailable; we will not intentionally remove paid access in a manner that conflicts with an applicable purchase agreement or law.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to interfere with website security, misuse other members’ information, or use our services for unlawful activity. We may respond to misuse as reasonably necessary to protect members, the website, and our rights.
Legal terms
These terms are interpreted under applicable law, including the laws of Georgia where appropriate, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protections. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
